All opinions expressed are those of the reviewer and honest in nature. Unless there are some fantastic deals, it can be expensive for Richard, Jake and I to order pizza. This is largely because of me. whispers: I don't like pepperoni. I know, I'm strange, but I just don't like pepperoni or spicy sausage. I can handle regular sausage, but I have what my family calls "sissy lips" so anything mildly spicy and I don't care for it. I love hamburger, chicken, bacon, Canadian bacon, just no spicy stuff. That's what makes make and bake pizza such as Family Finest perfect. Richard recently picked up the Pepperoni variety which is ok because I can leave it off my portion and double up on theirs. The kit he chose came with everything you need to make four personal sized pizzas. Four round crusts, a sauce packet for each, as well as plenty of … [Read more...]

Shelley Says – Spot It! Fire & Ice

SpotIt

All opinions expressed are those of the reviewer and honest in nature. Spot it! Fire & Ice is a fast paced game that gets the brain going with cognitive speed and visual perception skills. Joshua wasn't really "into" it (he's 12) but Ashley and Jesse had fun with it. There are three different ways to play. The object is to match any like object. For example; a fire engine on one card turned over and flames on another card turned over. Whomever spots it first hits the timer and calls out what they spotted. There are over fifty images and there is always a match between any two cards! Once there are no more cards left in the game, the person with the most cards wins. Super easy to understand and play, yet they're using tons of important skills. Great for family game night. It can be difficult to find just the right game for all … [Read more...]

All opinions expressed are those of the reviewer and honest in nature. Inside our kitchen cupboards is a total hodge podge. We have several different styles of just about everything. We've purchased things along the way, but most of what we have are hand me downs. I'm ok with that, but honestly I'd love to throw everything out someday and buy new. I would stock my collection with insulated drinkware like tumblers, mugs, and water bottles from Tervis. I was recently sent a water bottle and a few tumblers and they are my new favorite drink container. They keep cold items beverages cold and hot beverages hot and range in size from 10 oz to 24 oz. I love that you can choose designs to suit your personality with styles from an American flag, your favorite sports team, to humor and everything in between.  You can customize your own unique look … [Read more...]

All opinions expressed are those of the reviewer and honest in nature. All of the Eaglins fell in love with OgoSport toys!   The first one we tried was the OgoDisk RAQ ~ A hand trampoline for balls: throw, catch, bounce. Play alone or with many people. Throw and catch like a flying disk. Adapts to team sports like volleyball, baseball and tennis. Awesome with water balloons. The OgoDisk RAQ also comes with a “flux ball.” A circle shaped ball that comes with holes all over it and three “tails.” It shows how and where to place the tails to make the ball go slow, fast, easy or hard. Finally a toy that not only the kids, but Adam and I had a ton of fun playing with! It’s so hard to find something that Joshua (12), Ashley (9), and Jesse (4) are all interested in playing with. The OgoDisk RAQ did the job! We were outside … [Read more...]
