Be very careful combing thru or brushing your hair when it is wet – use a wide tooth comb & don’t pull!
I would say don’t brush your hair when wet, causes breakage.

I like to do a henna treatment about once a month
Using a little bit of apple cider vinegar while you shower makes your hair healthy and shiny.
Condition my hair, wrap plastic wrap and sit in sun for 20 minutes. Soft and shiny.
Shampoo only 2-3 times per week, if possible.
Don’t use any sprays/gel with alcohol. I try to avoid anything that will dry my hair.
I use a long toothed comb to de-tangle hair after showering and leave in conditioner. Both help limit frizzing.

I learned how to do a proper blow-out last year, and it makes a HUGE difference! Also hold the hair dryer downward so the hair shaft lies flat, use a boar’s bristle round brush, and always finish with a cool blast. My hair hasn’t been the same since…and that’s a good thing!

Best tip i can give, Dont flat iron your hair and blow dry every day. Do it every couple days, if you have thick hair, you’re good. If you have thin hair & have to wash it every day, wear it curly instead of straight, keeps your hair healthy,
